We are a small, family-owned machine shop located in the small southern town of Moultrie, GA. We have been in business since 1985 and have recently expanded to offering metal art to an ever growing market. We have met many new customers who love our prodcuts and have enjoyed creating custom pieces, as well. These products have included grave site markers/flags, wedding decor, mailbox toppers, and business logos/signs just to name a few. We also offer our one-of-a-kind paper towel holders as well as our patent-pending fishing rod holders.
All of our products are laser cut and made to order. This is a great thing for you, as this means we can customize it to your heart's desire. No cookie-cutter here, unless you want one ;)
We also powder coat each of our products so you can rest assured that your purchase will stand the test of time, whether that time is spent indoors or outdoors.

Do you provide International delivery?

How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact us first for approval. Email all returns questions to quality_tooling@windstream.net

What is your returns policy?
All customized items, such as our monograms, are not returnable due to their custom nature. Exceptions to this would be if the dissatisfaction is due to an error on our part. If the product is damaged in shipping, we will work with you to get a replacement shipped ASAP. All items with no custom name/letter(s) are returnable within 14 days (buyer pays return shipping)
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number. You will be able to use that number to track your item via the courier's website.

What are your delivery options?
All packages weighing less than 1 pound will ship USPS First Class (2-5 day)
Most packages we ship will be sent USPS Priority (1-3 day)
Large/Bulky/Heavy items will ship UPS Ground
